This little one was such a pleasure to photograph and the light coming in this house was all……. so nice. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to capture this wonderful age for you to cherish. Valerie and Dino I am so happy that you took the time out of your vacation to have me do your daughters portraits. Here is a tease of some of the “awesome” images of little “O”.

Another senior and another teaser!!!! We traveled to Ybor for her session. We found some new locations to shoot in and I was able to try some different things. Her images came out amazing….well just look at her was there really any doubt. LOL She is sweet girl and I enjoyed working with her. I can’t wait for them to see all of them.

Here is a little teaser from a recent session with Ellie. I love shooting seniors and this was a really fun one. She is just so cute. I could take pictures of this girl all day. We found a lot of nice locations downtown to shoot and some weren’t that great smelling, but the images are GREAT regardless of the smell. LOL I can’t wait for you to see the rest of the images.

We went to Rylee’s christening on Saturday evening at Suncoast Community Church. Pastor Larry Baucom performed the dedication.  We are so honored to be able to be a part of Rylee’s life.

They are doing a facebook sermon from April 19th to May 10th.  It was a great service and I would definately say that if you live in the Sarasot/Bradenton area that it is a GREAT church to attend.  Everyone was so welcoming and friendly.  Oh yeah, pastor Larry’s son is the lead singer in their church band and he is awesome.

We finished up the evening with a dinner at one of our FAV restaurants Da Ru Ma’s.  It was Matt’s first time there and I THINK we have made him a fan.  Well, I know one thing for sure he likes the rice and Rylee likes the lemons.   LOL.

So, I just got back from a fun but l-o-n-g weekend.  I attended a seminar at PPA.  For those of you reading this wondering what that is it is Professional Photographers of America.  This is an organization that helps us professional photographers stay up to date on our photography and business practices.  They do a lot of other great things for our profession, but I won’t bore you with the details.  We saw two amazing speakers there the first being Ann Montieth and the second Carol Andrews.  Wow!!!! is all I can say.  These ladies are truly inspirational and they definitely know how to work their numbers.  This class was all about the business side of our profession.  If you are another photog reading this I HIGHLY recommend the class.  I am so happy that I went and I came away from the class with some GREAT ideas to implement and can’t wait to get started.

I attended the class with three other gals and I just wanted to give a shout out to them.

Edie Black~ It was GREAT meeting you and I just think that your on location photography in clients homes absolutely ROCKS!!!!!  I am sure that we will be seeing a lot more of each other.  Thanks so much for getting us to and from the airport too.

Kelly Hite ~ What can I say….  Oh yeah I can say you cost me $ today.  O.k. all seriousness aside.  It was great meeting you and I know that we will definitely keep in touch (especially now that we can talk free) HOLLA!!!!  LOL !!!!

p.s. I love my new IPHONE I will have to get with you for some tips on some apps.

Andi Diamond ~ Happy Anniversary!!!!!  K….  I am so glad that we met.  I of course would have not been introduced to the two gals Kelli and Edie had it not have been for you.  It is always so nice to be friends with someone that you have so much in common with.  I am so glad we met and enjoy dorking out with you over photography…..  LOL!!!

K… On a side note.  I know that you were all jealous of me getting to sleep in the next day, but truth be told I had to take my hubby to the ER after he picked me up from the airport.  He is o.k. just a scratch, but we were there till 2 in the morning.  So I didn’t get that much sleep!!!!

The memories that were created this weekend with the Bokeh, and the PUFA will keep me laughing for a while……

I have to run now and get that darn app of my phone named “Rain Forest” LOL….
